1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all advisory and coordination services provided by {{FIRM_LEGAL_NAME}} Sh.p.k. to clients.

2. Service description

{{FIRM_LEGAL_NAME}} Sh.p.k. provides services as an independent owner’s representative: coordination, review and support in connection with property acquisition, construction projects and property management in Albania. We are not a real estate agency, a law firm, or a tax advisory firm.

3. Not a substitute for legal or tax advice

All content, assessments and Second Opinion reports from {{FIRM_LEGAL_NAME}} Sh.p.k. do not constitute legal advice, tax advice or any other regulated advisory service. Binding legal and tax assessments are provided exclusively by the licensed lawyers, notaries and tax advisors we refer you to, under their own responsibility.

4. Fees

The Second Opinion is provided at the fixed price published on the website (€300–500). All other services are offered individually and agreed in a separate engagement confirmation.

5. Limitation of liability

{{FIRM_LEGAL_NAME}} Sh.p.k. is liable for its own advisory and coordination services under statutory provisions, limited to intent and gross negligence. For services provided by referred third parties (lawyers, notaries, tax advisors, construction firms), only the respective third party is liable, under their own engagement or contract.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers within the EU have a statutory right of withdrawal for contracts concluded at a distance; details will be communicated in the relevant engagement confirmation.

7. Governing law
