We don’t sell property. We represent you.
Albania’s real estate market has plenty of players trying to sell something: brokers earn on the transaction, developers on their units, and some lawyers take instructions from both sides. We are the only party in this process whose compensation comes solely from you — regardless of whether a purchase happens at all.

Fee-only
You pay for our time and judgment — not for closing a deal. No incentive to buy, no commission.
No seller commissions
We accept no payments from sellers, developers, brokers or construction firms — under any circumstances.
Conflict-free
In every engagement we represent exactly one party: you. Never the seller at the same time.
Licensed partners
Legal and tax questions are answered exclusively by licensed lawyers and tax advisors in our network — we coordinate, we don’t replace them.
